We develop evidence-informed professional development opportunities for educators, mental health professionals, and other helping professionals. Our work draws on the team’s experience in counseling education, professional training, and cross-cultural settings, as well as their involvement in initiatives designed to equip professionals with practical tools for effective practice.
We integrate current research with practical application, emphasizing relational skills, mental health knowledge, culturally sensitive approaches, and competencies for working thoughtfully with diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations. Through this work, we seek to strengthen professionals’ capacity to respond to the relational, cultural, and community contexts in which they serve.
